A chosen life of wandering barefoot and begging for food sounds pretty crazy, but that’s exactly the life Saint Francis chose. After giving up his lofty lifestyle and leaving all of his possessions behind, Francis roved the Italian countryside to spread God’s message of love. Because of his affection for nature and all created things, our Saint Francis Prayer Pillowcase features Saint Francis surrounded by animals.
God’s creatures helped Francis live the difficult lifestyle he embraced; when nobody wanted to hear him speak, he would preach to the animals and trees instead! The wolf in our illustration honors the tale about the starving creature who once terrorized an Italian village, gobbling up its food and children. The people were furious and frightened at the violence. Francis turned this incident into a teachable moment by speaking to the villagers about God’s forgiveness. He made peace with the wolf, and the villagers joined a pact: they would feed the wolf for the rest of its life and in return the wolf would protect their city.
Most of us aren't terrorized by wild animals these days, but we do face our own challenges every day. - Poly/Cotton pillowcases (we established our company using these) have a 2" hem and virtually zero shrinkage.
- 100% Cotton pillowcases have a 3" hem. This silky soft fabric has been pre-shrunk; no worries about shrinkage.
- Organic Cotton pillowcases have a 3" hem. Preshrunk with a soft yet crisp feel that only gets softer with every wash.
We are happy to say that we print only on pillowcases that are made in the USA, and we use inks that are certified safe for you, your family and the environment (Oeko-Tex Standard 100).

Shipping costs seem to always be on the rise. We try our hardest to keep these costs at a minimum for you.
- We use the US Postal Service to ship both Domestic and International orders.
- Orders ship via either USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on their weight.
- Shipping is automatically calculated in your Shopping Cart. You can see that cost when you click "Get shipping estimates" and provide your location information.
- Overseas customers: we're here to help you choose the most economical shipping and make sure you know the cost.

Refunds & Exchanges: To exchange a product or receive a refund please return it to us within 30 days of purchase in the condition it arrived to you: neatly folded and packaged, unwashed and unsoiled.
Sorry, but we do not accept returns of personalized Prayer Pillowcases (unless we made a mistake personalizing it in which case we'll send you a replacement free of charge).
Refunds for item cost will be made in the same way your original payment was. Shipping costs are not refundable.
